mixed vegetables |

diced carrots, cooked |

grated cheddar cheese |

Poochie Potatoes with Chicken Nuggets |
|
Layer first five ingredients in a casserole dish. Pour the milk and oil over. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and calcium. |
Bake about 15 minutes at 170C (150c fan assisted), gas mark 4/350F until cheese melts and is slightly brown.
Serve at room temperature. |
Potatoes can be substituted for 3 cups cooked oatmeal or 3 cups cooked brown rice | |
